Welcome We are the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association, a nonprofit advocacy organization for residential rental property owners, managers and vendors who provide goods or service to the rental housing industry. Our site does not offer apartment locating services.

| Rental property owners and managers | | We represent the interests of the owners of more than 8,000 residential rental units in the City and County of Boulder. We offer a valuable monthly newsletter, excellent education and training opportunities, and timely presentations and networking opportunities at our monthly luncheon meetings. BARHA members have access to a court tested lease form and other specific forms that are required as a part of all leases in the City of Boulder. We monitor city, county, and state government and lobby officials to protect the interests and improve the regulatory environment for property owners and managers. | Goods and services providers | | We introduce vendors and suppliers to our rental property owners and managers. Every month, our owner/manager members purchase thousands of dollars of products and services. We create opportunities for vendor/supplier members to highlight their offerings to prospective buyers. | |
